The Caps only highlight came in the 5th with base knocks by Fr. John Woods, Jr. Max Magallanes (2-2) and a RBI single from Sr. Zi Hopkins. Jr. Joe Bialkowski was able to make an appearance with an at bat in the 7th, coming off an ankle injury we hope to see him back in the starting line up soon.
The Caps are now in a must win situation if they are to make the playoffs. Their next game is this Friday April 20th 4:30 @ Wiley Warren Filed against Leesville.

The Caps started Johnson at the mound and held the Wildcats to 3 runs through the fourth. Millbrook’s pitching staff was off. Even after hitting 3 Caps in the batters box, Broughton was only able to score one run through the fourth.
In the 5thInning, Corchiani relieved Johnson, and Feeny followed Corchiani. The Wildcats managed only a few hits, but scored 5 runs, bringing their total to 8. Broughton retaliated in the 5thscoring 5 runs, including a great safety squeeze bunt by Johnson, and a RBI from Baldwin. Wildcats led Broughton 8-6
Broughton left men in scoring position in the 6thinning while Millbrook scored 2 more runs.
In the 7ththe Wildcats scored twice again. Broughton rallied for 2 more runs but that wasn’t enough. Millbrook 12, Caps 8
