The Bats Stay Hot! Win over Wake Forest 11-1 in 5 Innings

Offensively it was a team effort as 5 different Caps drove in runs and 8 different Caps got hits.  Sr. Wilson White had another solid outing on the mound giving up 1 run in 5 innings.   Caps improve conference play (3-0).

Coach Jones “We talked before the game about “process”, are we doing the right things? Are we playing with good effort? Are we getting good at-bats? Are we concentrating for the full game? The guys did a really good job in all of these areas.  Even with an extended traffic delay we were able to come out and get a big lead. We are off to a solid start but we need to get better everyday.”

Leading Hitters- Bialkowski (2-3 2RBI), Batchelor (2-3 RBI), Case (2-4 3RBI)
